In addition to social media, we put your listing on the international Proxio MLS so that buyers worldwide can find it.

CUSTOM WEB PRESENCE

For properties valued at over $800,000 we build a custom website that tells a story of your home and reinforces the brand we’ve built around it. A beautiful custom web presence is shared with other Realtors to show their buyer clients, and is a wonderful tool to promote your listing on social media and via Google Ads.

OPEN HOUSES & BROKER TOURS

At the launch of your listing, we prefer to host three open house events during the first weekend. If it makes sense for your property, we will door knock the homes in your neighborhood to let your neighbors know that your home is for sale and give them flyers to share (often times neighbors know friends or family who want to live in the same area). We will promote your open houses through social media, Zillow, and the MLS to get maximum attendance. Hosting Broker Tours can also be wonderful way to get local agents through your home and build excitement around your listing.

How often will you advertise our property?

We will make sure your home is marketed to potential buyers (locally and globally) around the clock, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Will you be present at all showings?

If open houses are appropriate, we will host them. For showings, potential buyers will be hosted by their own agents to see your home.  Certain homes benefit from listing agent hosted showings. We will absolutely be present during showings if that is your preference. Your comfort and trust are our priority.

What if another agent tells us they can get us more for the house?

Some agents may quote a higher listing price in an attempt to earn your business. However, a home that is priced out of the market will not sell. When we choose to work together, we will conduct a comparative market analysis prior to recommending an asking price for your home. We will explain how we determined the price and offer our professional perspective on how the market will value your home.

What are our responsibilities during the marketing of our home?
