We are incredibly grateful to enjoy the beauty of Oregon summers and hope you are able to get outside to inhale the fresh air and decompress. I was extremely fortunate to grow up with both sets of grandparents living next door to me as a kid. My relationship has only grown with them throughout the years. Throughout life changes, challenges, and triumphs, the generations before me continue to hold a special place in my heart. With the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation, I fine-tuned my skills in being able to better relate to and help identify solutions to challenges that aging generations face when deciding what the next chapter of homeownership entails. I was inspired to dedicate time to earning this designation so that I can provide a higher level of service to our senior clients.
With the SRES designation, I can focus my time on finding the right property, negotiating a win-win for our clients, and anticipating questions & concerns that should be addressed prior to settling on a final property for aging in place. By understanding our clients' unique circumstances, as well as their desired amenity and healthcare options, I can consult and position them for success in their homeownership journey. The SRES designation sets our team apart with knowledge of Universal Design home elements, special tax situations seniors may encounter, and so much more!

HOUSING INVENTORY INCREASES FOR BUYERS

Strong demand and record-low supply are starting to ease, and mortgage rates are coming down off their recent highs. While home prices are still surging, these new market dynamics will likely take some of the heat out of those gains as well.
New listings of homes jumped 4% in the four week period ending July 4 compared with the same period one year ago, according to Redfin. They were up 3% from the same time in 2019. It was the first time new supply topped pre-pandemic levels.
The number of active listings is still down 32% from a year ago, but that’s actually the smallest annual drop since early February. Active listings are now up 8% from their 2021 low in early March. Read More

Portland's Median List Price is $625,000 which is $24,900 lower than the previous month's median list price. The market action hovers around 90 while the inventory is steady at 719.

This month, Sherwood has a $952,000 which is a higher median list price than the previous month's median list price of $749,900 . The market action index hovers around 76 and the inventory steady at 29.

This week the median list price for West Linn, OR, is $979,000 which is $207,500 lower than the previous month when the median list price was $1,186,500. The market action index hovers around 72 while the inventory has held steady at 38.

The median list price for Wilsonville, OR, is $978,307 which $219,307 higher than last month. While its market action index is steady at 74. The inventory is around at 27.
