Sunshine, BBQs, camping, playing outside - all wonderful reasons reminding us why we love living in this green state! I am realizing how quickly this year is flying by and want to remind you to find joy & laughter in the silly things your kids do, a deep breath of fresh air, a great conversation with a neighbor, or hugging a loved one.
This summer especially marks a season of hope and connectivity as we plan and relish in our sun-filled activities. I'm delighted to announce that J. Hill Property Group is growing! Home sellers wield formidable negotiating mojo because demand outweighs supply. Buyers outnumber sellers, as relatively few owners are putting their homes on the market. The supply of homes for sale settled at an unprecedented 1.9 months in January, much lower than the six-month supply that marks equilibrium between sellers and buyers.

Let's get crafty! Please join the ladies of the 'hood' for a rainbow wrapping workshop taught by Vanessa with A Branch & Cord. These rainbows are SO cute and we are going to have a blast learning how to make our own at this month's Villebois Ladies Night.
June's event will be on Thursday the 17th @ 6pm in the shelter at the Villebois Piazza. We'll have extra tables, snacks to share, and non-alcoholic beverages. Feel free to bring the beverage of your choice!
